Chatty Connector Terms
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. What it is and which terms apply
The Chatty Connector (the "Connector") is the service that connects the User's Chatty account, and the WhatsApp Business linked to it, to third-party artificial intelligence assistants, such as Claude (by Anthropic) or ChatGPT (by OpenAI), through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It is provided from https://asistente.letschatty.com/mcp.
The Chatty Terms and Conditions of Use and the Chatty Privacy Policy apply to the Connector. This document supplements them with what is specific to the Connector. If there is a conflict regarding the Connector, this document prevails.
2. How it connects
The User adds the Connector in their assistant and signs in to Chatty with their Google account. Access is limited to the company or companies the User chooses when connecting. The User can disconnect the Connector from their assistant at any time. To remove access completely, the User writes to info@letschatty.com.
3. The assistant is a third-party service
The User contracts the AI assistant directly with its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or another). The information the Connector gives the assistant to answer a request (for example, messages, contact names and phone numbers, tags or campaign results) is processed by that provider under its own terms and the settings of the User's account, including whether or not it uses that information to train its models. Chatty does not control that processing.
4. What the Connector can do
- Conector plan: look up the account's information (chats, pending items, pipelines, templates, campaigns, ad results, among others). It can also mark detected sales and update the follow-up queue inside Chatty. It does not send messages to anyone.
- Conector Plus plan and trial period: in addition, take actions inside Chatty (tag, move to another stage, create lists or drafts) and send messages over WhatsApp (reply to chats, forward, send files, templates and campaigns).
Messages are sent by the assistant when the User asks it to. The tools that send messages or delete information are flagged as risky so that the assistant asks for confirmation before using them, depending on the settings the User has in their assistant. The User is responsible for reviewing what they approve and for the content they send, just as if they sent it from Chatty.
5. AI answers can be wrong
The summaries, classifications and texts the assistant proposes are generated by an AI model and may be incorrect or incomplete. Chatty delivers the account's information as it is on the platform, but does not guarantee the conclusions the assistant draws from it.
6. WhatsApp costs
Template messages and campaigns sent through the Connector carry the cost that Meta charges, which is not included in the price of the Connector (clause 5.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Use).
7. Free trial, plans and billing
- Trial: 15 days free, no card, once per company. It is granted when the company is connected for the first time and gives access to the Conector Plus plan.
- Plans: current prices are at whatsapp.letschatty.com/conector. They are charged in US dollars through Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan, and renew automatically at the end of each period until the User cancels them.
- Cancellation: the User can cancel at any time by writing to info@letschatty.com. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. When the trial or the plan ends, Chatty may cut off access to the Connector until a plan is purchased.
