How long is the free trial?

15 days, no card, once per company. It is granted when the company is connected for the first time and gives access to the Conector Plus plan.

Where can I see the plans and prices?

Current prices are on the English page and on the connector page.

How do I disconnect the Connector?

From your assistant, at any time. To remove access completely, or to cancel your plan, write to info@letschatty.com.

Does sending WhatsApp templates cost anything?

Yes. Template messages and campaigns sent through the Connector carry the cost that Meta charges, which is not included in the price of the Connector.

Can the assistant send messages without me asking?

No. Messages are sent by the assistant when you ask it to. The tools that send messages or delete information are flagged as risky so that the assistant asks for confirmation before using them, depending on the settings you have in your assistant. On the Conector plan, no messages are sent.
